Cancellation Policy of registration and hotel reservation

All cancellations should be sent to Meeting Secretariat in written form. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.

  • 100% refund (minus $25 administrative fee) in case of cancellation received before October 7, 2019.
  • No refund in case of cancellation received after October 7, 2019.

Payment

Registrations are billed and charged by NEW YORK NEW JERSEY PAIN SYMPOSIUM INC (address: 1991 Marcus Av, Suite M217, Lake Success, NY, 11042). All payments should be made in USD. Payments sent after  October 31, 2019 may not be confirmed in written form. In this case please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.
